I am a 44 year-old woman in good health. I eat a fresh diet and take high-quality supplements, including MSM, glucosamine, Zyflamend, and all the usual joint-recomended supplements. I injured both knees two years ago while kneeling to tile my family room and entry. Subsequently, a simple twisting squat ripped my left meniscus with a huge bucket tear that required surgery to trim so it wouldn't keep catching and re-tearing. I am not one to undergo surgery unless it is unavoidable, and even after a "simple" scope operation, it took me a full year to get full extension back on that knee, and I doubt I will ever be able to squat again. I simply cannot believe what a miracle this has done for me helping relieve severe back pain due to a bad fall . I am writing to let you know of how excited I am to have learned, used and benefited from your ultrasound treatment. Months back, my husband bought me a car with a manual transmission. The MendMeShop ultrasound device I bought has been a great purchase...well worth the money. The ultrasound gel seems so much better than the gel they use at the physical therapy or chiropractic offices. I initially bought the ultrasound device for an Achilles problem, and that was taken care of within 3 weeks. I am a runner who competes in races ranging from a mile to the marathon distance and competes in duathlons and triathlons. In January of 2008 I had a severe injury of my hamstring. I took it easy, iced, and waited for the pain to go away (at this point I had not heard about a home ultrasound device.) I was able to continue running after the pain lessened, but my range of motion was limited. My right leg was tight because of the hamstring injury. In May of 2008 I was running in a boot camp class and re-injured the hamstring. An MRI showed a right hamstring strain and extensive bursitis of the right hip. I am currently using ultrasound on a heel spur that was so painful I could barely walk especially in the morning it's been about 9 days of treatments and I barely feel it now. I received my Ultrasound last Saturday and have used it for three days and my pain is almost gone. Pain that I have been living with since last July and that doctors could not find the problem area or what to do about it. I saw my family doctor plus 3 specialists in back and hip areas. I fell on my bike under a UPS truck (It wasn't moving yet) because I couldn't get my feet out of my clips and, consequently fell on my shoulder and tore my rotator cuff. The pain was almost intolerable, not to mention the inability to dress myself and do simple everyday tasks--like driving, working on computer, etc. I saw my chiropractor, received multiple massages, participated in physical therapy and alternated ice/heat packs. I knew from my masseuse that when you have an injury like this, it is very involved. There are several different muscles that support the rotator cuff and when they become inflamed, sometimes scar tissue is formed as your body starts to heal. The only thing that really seemed to help my shoulder improve and the pain subside was getting ultrasound at my Chiropractor's office, but since I couldn't afford to go that route on a daily basis, I searched online and found the MendMe shop's ultrasound wand. After two weeks of using the wand, I was able to slowly start to get my muscles to fire again and rehabilitate via swimming, light weights and simple yoga stretched. Now, I have full range of my shoulder and am ready to get back on my bike and try again!

I also wanted to thank you so much for something you casually mentioned. In an email, you mentioned that I might want to look into a test to see if I had one leg shorter than the other because my knee pain was gone. Guess what- you were RIGHT! I went to an orthopaedic specialist who focuses on the foot and ankle. He was very casual and said I was healing fine. I insisted that he send me to someone who could make a brace of some sort. I can see that the same problem (posterior tibial tendonitis) was going to return if we did not get to the root of the problem. I insisted that he at least send me to a person. Fortunately, he sent me to a certified Orthodist. She found a slight discrepency in my right foot. (That's the one with the cast on it.) She is getting new orthodics for me- PLUS I asked about a brace that could keep my feet from over pronating. The Orthopaedic specialist said he could put me in an Arizona brace. I was molded for the brace yesterday. I truly appreciate your suggestion. No other doctor would have thought to check into it. I am now swimming and have no more pain in the right ankle. After working for 22 years at a tree nursery, I developed rotator cuff problem in both shoulders because of the repetitious movement it takes to grade the seedlings on a table. Then I fell a couple of years ago, tearing the left rotator cuff. I have tried things like ice, special exercises, and ibuprofen. The ice and ibuprofen numbed the pain for awhile, then I would get a flare-up every time I would try to do a little yard work, such as raking. Afterwards, I would be unable to raise my arm for several days at a time, each time getting worse. I worried all the time about surgery, but knew it was not an option because of lack of insurance. One day, I had an idea to just type in rotator cuff into the Google search engine to see if I could find some new help. I just happened to come across the article about home ultrasound, and was happy to read that it could actually heal rotator cuff problems. This was back in March of this year. I've wanted to get this unit since mid-November, but had been wrestling with my insurance carrier over what kind of coverage I would get. They kept putting up obstacles & adding requirements, and my podiatrist agreed with me that they were just playing games. With the possibility of surgery looming close, I decided it was time to forget about our very broken health insurance operation here in the states, and just get the unit, and see what coverage I would get in hindsight; sometimes it's easier to get forgiveness than permission. It's worth every penny. I don't understand what the issues are, and I don't really care too much about that. I do care that the money I spent on this unit is a lot less than what I would have had to pay (out of my own pocket, after insurance) for the surgery. Mostly, I care that I can walk again, without limping... not without a little pain yet, but it's only been four days, and we're actually fixing something that has been an issue for 12 months. I would like you to know that after landing on my left knee sharply enough to merit two weeks on crutches 12 weeks ago, I am now 95% better. The knee isn’t fully recovered in strength, but it is pain free and able to go up and down stairs normally now and in general work as it should. Deep knee bends aren’t a recommended activity just yet, though it is comfortable to do that motion at some times but not at others. In any event, your inferno wrap was part of my recovery process, and I feel a very important one! A couple of years ago I helped my husband cut firewood on a hillside. I began to experience pain in my Achilles tendon shortly after we had finished getting all of the firewood cut, split and stacked. I limped through the winter and in the spring began to worry that I wouldn't be able to take care of my gardens. I finally went to the doctor and was prescribed physical therapy. The PT did help with the pain but didn't really "cure" the problem. I continued home physical therapy for another year and began to research therapies to help the tendon. The very shallow shoulder joint has a "sac" or Capsule the surrounds it. The capsule has overlapping folds on it when it is not stretched by large shoulder movements. "Frozen shoulder" or Adhesive Capsulitis is the condition where the folds adherer to each other with scar tissue and then restricts the shoulders movement by not allowing the capsule to expand or stretch. This can be a very painful and frustrating condition to have. Performing friction therapy manually through the armpit to breakdown these adhesions is painful and invasive. I have been using the Mendmeshop Portable Ultrasound Unit to treat my patients with this condition and have seen excellent results. I sustained a re-injury to the lateral right knee in a hiking incident on a wet path. Initially, I treated with anti-inflammatory medication, ice, elevation and knee brace. This injury was very similar to the previous knee injury, so I thought my knee would heal without seeking orthopedic evaluation. I started using a heating pad with a massage feature to relieve pain and found that the heat helped tremendously, but did not radiate deep enough into my knee. I am a very active individual. If I am not running or lifting weights you can usually find me doing various outdoor and home improvement projects. That is why when I recently started experiencing pain in my shoulder, upper arm and forearm I concluded that I had aggravated an old rotator cuff injury. I have begun to use the Ultrasound device and have had great results so far. I have had five orthopedic surguries in the past 18 months and use the device on several areas. I had two torn ligaments and two torn tendons in my left left ankle. I went through physical therapy for over two months but did not find anyway to reduce the swelling. After the first use of the device on Friday February 5th, I found the swelling to be greatly reduced. Now I can't use the device three times a day on all the areas that need attention, but once a day is working just fine. In March of 2009 I visited my Chiroprator because of pain in my shoulder. He did ultra sound and muscle stem therapy and gave me excerises to do. He also had me get an MRI. After everything was said and done I found out I had a small bone spur, a small muscle tear and a lot of tendonitis. I was told to keep up the therapy and excerises and I would get better. I had tendonitis on my right arm that kept me from doing simple task,even lifting a single plate is painful. I have no idea why I have this, perhaps I overused my right arm or related to my rotator cuff injury two years ago. I have taken so many pain medications (motrin, celebrex, etc.) but the pain kept coming back. I went to the doctor and had cortisone shots and I was pain free for three months. I injured a tendon on the top part of my ankle about four months ago by walking too far on a sandy beach, dragging 2 heavy surf boards. I just spoke to you on the phone in regard to my results in the use of the Inferno Knee Wrap and the Ultrasound I received about 3 weeks ago. I cannot believe how fast my knees are responding. I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis several years ago and was told I would probably need knee replacement in a few years. I just took Advil, Aleve, Chondroitin, Glucosamine, MSM to help limit the discomfort.( I will add that I have ordered a number of supplements that promised the end of knee pain but they have not worked). I have had the famous steroid injections that helped for a few weeks. I have been riding my stationary bike up to 30 minutes a day (about 3-4 times per week) since November. In November my left knee swelled to twice its size and I could hardly walk. I saw an Orthopedic Sports Physician and was given an injection after the MRI and x-rays confirmed I had a Baker’s Cyst and a slightly torn meniscus (Do not know how I tore it). I could not sit or stand for any length of time without my knees hurting and being very stiff. The physician recommended surgical repair. I had wrist tendonitis for almost two years. I had what doctors call a trigger finger which is what happens when you move your thumb and it gets stuck in a position and doesn’t return until you push it back down. It was really painful. During the two year period, I went to the doctor three times to get treatments. The first time I got a cortisone shot that healed me for 4 months tops and I got the trigger finger again. The second and third time I got prescribed the Non Steroidal anti-inflammatory pills similar to Ibuprofen 800mg that I took for a month or so until I read about possible side effects (internal bleeding etc…). I then started going to a therapist to get the ultrasound treatment that cost me $35/ session but noticed that my wrist was feeling much better. I purchased this device along with the Inferno wrap and Freezie wrap to treat a chronic Achilles tendonosis (MICROSCOPIC TEARS OF THE TENDON AT THE INSERTION). During the later part of 2008 I was experiencing a lot of tight muscle and tendons and usually working out (running) tired and not properly warmed up and limber. I started the new year with good intention and determined to work on stretching that included following a home yoga program. I am familiar with yoga but admit that I was too aggressive with the stretching that comes from the 'downward dog' position. I believe this aggravated an already existing condition in the Achilles insertion area, this combined with the stress of a late January 5KM road race caused enough pain in the Achilles tendon to force me to discontinue running. I sought medical attention from my family physician who referred me to physiotherapy. Through the early stage of therapy I continued to do regular bike workouts. Unfortunately the pain increased to the point that I had to stop both running and cycling. I attended physiotherapy for just over two months going once a week receiving massage to the injured area, ultrasound, cortisone by patch and ice. I was religious in following the gentle stretching and strengthening routine at home between physio visits. After these two months with little improvement they released me with the instruction to continue with the stretching, strength exercises and ice. I was still in pain and could not run or cycle without causing further damage, walking was painful. I search for other solutions and found the information on the MendMeShop web site. Although skeptical, I purchased the full package out of desperation, received the product, read all the literature for use and started into a daily routine using the ultrasound device one a day followed by use of the Freezie pack. In response to the woman who fell and injured her shoulders and then ended up with frozen shoulder. I am a Massage Therapist and have been practicing massage therapy for over 5 years and have been studying and practicing Trigger Point Therapy for 4 years. I ordered my Ultrasound equipment and started using it on myself just a little over 4 months ago. I found that my muscles were much softer and that I can get down to the deeper layers of muscles which, when massaging yourself, can be very difficult without causing trigger points, strain, to other muscles. I had done research on ultrasound therapy for trigger points and found that it has been considered to be a very useful tool in conjunction with Trigger Point Therapy. I then began using it on my clients (making sure I was fully aware of the contraindications of use) to assist with my Trigger Point work. My clients are very happy with the addition of this tool to my work. It is very relaxing for them. Then, when I start the trigger point work, my clients find it not nearly as uncomfortable as it is without the use of the ultrasound. From my perspective, as a Therapist, I find that I am now able to get to the deeper layers of muscles where additional trigger points hide. I'm able to work with less effort on my part. And, the most important part of the therapy, my clients are getting better faster with the use of the Ultrasound equipment. Thank you for your professionalism I also appreciate your knowledge of your product and the links to the other sites. As far as the efficiency of your product, I agree that yours has the best rating. In fact, I am a physical therapist, and was really looking to purchase a unit that has continuous/thermal effects for home, but was unable to find one at a decent price. Even used! I do like the three settings on your product. I purchased it for my fiancee who has tightness in his rhomboids especially, but low back pain as well as traps. He has responded well to US in the past and has an interferential unit and TENS unit as well. He has been for PT, Chiropractic and massage therapy. So I was very happy when he reported relief from your product even after the first treatment! I myself, have SI joint dysfunction, tight upper traps, as well as wrist pain due to torn ligaments. The unit is not quite as effective on me...I do better with Continuous. But, it does loosen my low back up enough prior to stretching, as well as my traps prior to massage and stim. More recently, I am trying to see the effectiveness on my wrists as the torn ligaments are a result of overuse as a PT for many years. I am trying to avoid surgery as most of them aren't very successful for this type of injury. I will have to have surgery if the pain gets intractable or if arthritis sets in. At this point I am hoping the US, PT, paraffin, splinting, rest, and some other alternative treatments will buy me some time. My name is William and I have been suffering from rotator cuff problems on a long term basis. In fact, I had both shoulders operated on, one in 1999 and the other in 2005. PAUL, You might remember me emailing you a few months back about my goal was to get back into ice speedskating in April with my torn meniscus. Well,l I missed it! Didn't make it till last week on the nth of May!! My knee held up very well during my first tryout on the ice in spite of the problems of skating in a darkened rink with spinning spotlights dancing around the badly roughened ice surface. I was able to relax my stride much better and gain back a lot of balance (and nerve!) but still a little shaky. Nevertheless, during all this time I felt only little pain from my injured meniscus. After the ice session I followed up with ice and ultrasonics . My knee bending range seems to be very good based on how low I can get into the crouched position as required during speed skating. I will have to improve my balance a lot more before I do some crossovers for turning around the curves. I have an excellent pair of knee braces that I wear on both knees and take 5 minute breaks, Each new return to the ice from the break feels better. I continue to daily apply the ultrasonic gel treatments at least once each morning preceded by heat on the elevated knee and this helps me get trough my clockmaking labors during the day. This includes climbing 6' ladders, and installing 40lb grandfather clock weights , lots of standing and lifting clocks into the van for delivery into each customer's residence!. All in all, I feel very good about being able to get back into my normal 81-year-old life again. I purchased this product, based mostly on the reviews/website, with very high hopes. I assumed that if it even remotely lived up to the hype that it would be worth it. I had been read the results of my MRI, which noted I had a high grade sprain to my ACL, a mid grade sprain to the PCL and LCL, two tears in the meniscus, and a deep bone bruise on the top of the fibula. I was told I would basically be out of commission for a minimum of 6 weeks, but realistically 8-10 weeks. I started ultrasound therapy (using the lavender gel) the next day. Today (a total of two weeks later) I went to the doctor for a check-up. He called my recovery "miraculous" and released me to go back to work without restriction. The doctor even wrote down the website after I told him I had done all of the rehab myself. He couldn't believe it. Hi MendMeShop, i was forwarded your email from Jo Taylor as she purchased the Platinum Knee Therapy Kit for the Sport Taekwondo focus group at London Southbank University, which I head up. The Ultrasound has been used extensively already for all kind of knocks associated to Taekwondo. However the greatest benefit has been for our athlete who represents GBR at World level. This athlete has lateral meniscus damage and a very slight ACL tear. However, such is the nature of the competition season surgery is not something we can really look to at this point. In July, after several months of treating my very painful adhesive capsulitis with cortisone injection, physical therapy, oral steroids, and prescription pain meds, my orthopedist recommended surgery on my shoulder. I really didn't want to go through that and decided to try to get past it on my own. Hello, Ladies: In the summer of 2007, after hobbling around for a couple of months with a tremendous pain in my right foot, I limped into my orthopedic surgeon's office and was diagnosed with Achilles tendonitis. He told me this was one of those situations where you want to try everything else imaginable before surgery to see if you can get it fixed because the surgery itself was intense and the recovery time long. He stuck me in a big blue boot to immobilize my foot and sent me to PT for a couple of months. My foot calmed down a little, but walking in the boot made my opposite hip hurt so much it felt like a screwdriver was being jammed into the joint. So, I took off the boot and it just rode around in the back seat of my car. We were like cousins - we were close, but we didn't touch. Over the next year, I tried every alternative treatment I could think of. Since I am a Rolfer, of course, I tried Rolfing. Chiropracitc adjustments. Cold Laser treatments. Creams. Ointments. Homeopathic pellets. Heat. Cold.. Prayer. Toxic doses of ibuprofen. I even slept a few nights with a chunk of turquoise duct-taped to the back of my foot. I was desperate. I am actually pleasantly surprised at the effectiveness of the ultrasound device. I self diagnosed myself with Intersection Syndrome from a repeating wrist motion at work. A few months ago my tennis elbow started to flare up again. I have gone to physical therapy for ultrasound treatments in the past and they worked. I had surgery for Adhesive Capsultis around 2 years ago. Even after the surgery, I found I was not improving at the speed at which I wanted to. Using the exercises my doctor told me to do seemed to helpful somewhat, but my shoulder was still quite stiff. It was rather discouraging. Trying to sleep at night was difficult as I would wake up frequently in pain. I read about Mendmeshop online and decided to try out their ultrasound device. When I got it in the right hand, however, nothing I did -- no matter how much I tried to rest it -- helped at all. Hi Paul, In the Spring of 2008 I was using a gasoline powered weed trimmer without a shoulder support strap and developed a tendonitis in my right elbow where the weight of the trimmer was carried. I used ice packs and heating pads but little healing took place. I went to the Doctor and he sent me to a physical therapist who performed three weeks of ultrasound two times per week and some PT exercises. My elbow was not getting much better after 3-4 months post injury. Allow me to digress, I remembered that many years ago at our company health center a nurse trained me to use an ultrasound machine for a foot tendon problem called plantar fasciitis. I used this machine at least 15 times and after that my foot problem disappeared and never returned. Therefore, I concluded that an insufficient number of treatments were used on my elbow and I started looking on the internet to purchase an ultrasound device for myself. I came upon the Mend-Me-Shop Website. I purchased the unit an began using it 2-3 times per day per protocol. After 3-4 weeks my tendonitis was gone. It has not come back. Since that time, I have used it on Tendonitis in my right hand that I injured moving a refrigerator and my left elbow and arm which was strained using a gasoline power hedge trimmer. I have been treating multiple areas on my body with the ultrasound for just 9 days. Hello, When I purchased your unit it was for relief of an injured rotator cuff. The unit gave me great temporary relief but the pain kept coming back. I finally consented to an MRI on 9-2-09 and it found I had a good sized tear in the rotator cuff. Surgery followed on 9-16-09 and I'm in physical therapy now at our local hospital. I told my therapist that I have an Ultrasound unit at home and asked about using it in addition to the PT. She was surprised that I had one and asked to see it. I wanted to get back to you with feedback about the Inferno Wrap. So far we are very pleased with the size, light weight, flexibility and comfort of the wrap. It is very convenient the way the cord is set up. If one has to leave the area for a moment it is much easier now because instead of removing the entire wrap or unplugging the whole thing from the wall, you can just detach at the segment. I like the on/off switch, too. It is much easier to see which setting it is on. Everything about this new product seems more intelligent and user friendly. I am using the ultrasound mostly 3 times a day. I occasionally can only get in 2 times a day due to the traveling at present. I think I have had good results, it has helped a constant pain go away, unfortunately I continue to have occassions where I move a certain way and my shoulder is in pain. This causes a set back. At present these pain times are less severe and I'm having fewer of these occurances. I rest my arm as much as possible. I bought an AC adapter for use in the car while on the road. All the walking I've done over the past 6 days has caused a knot to reappear in the arch of my foot from a previous injury to a tendon sheath. I've used the ultrasound on it and it helps it go down and has greatly eased the pain, since I'm still needing to walk. The ultrasound has been a blessing for me and I'm sure will continue to do so.

Just had to share my story. My son who was 17 years old at the time he's now 18, was complaining of pain in both his knees. We took him to the Dr who told us he had torn cartilage in both knees and would need arthroscopic surgery on both knees to take out the torn cartilage. At this young age I did not want him to loose what cartilage he had as it leads to other problems when you get older. The orthopedic surgeon wanted to do surgery right away before more damage was done. He had surgery on his left knee and they took out 35% of his cartilage. I went to the internet for help ,hoping there was a better way to solve his problem in his other knee. That's when I found the Mend me shop. I showed the articles to his Surgeon and told him I wanted to try it before he had more surgery done. I have plantar fasciitis, which began over 20 years ago and has gotten progressively worse. I stand for prolonged periods of time, often 5-8 hrs a day as a fine arts painter. Spent approximately $1000 for various custom made inserts, tried several types of expensive shoes supposedly designed for plantar fasciitis, had two sessions of physical therapy at different clinics, sought treatment with a podiatrist who mainly wanted to do an expensive surgical procedure and offered no other treatment than more inserts. I spent 7 years in the gym walking one hour and working out. I lost 85 pounds in about 2 years with a lot of hard work and dedication. After I left the gym in 2008 due to it closing I started having problems about a year later. I recently had surgery on my left shoulder on Jan 4th of this year to shave down the bone to leave enough space for my shoulder joint to work. It seemed to be healing slowly, until I probably reinjured it trying to cut down a small tree. I went back to my Orthopedic Surgeon for my follow up and had to have a cortizone shot in June so I could be painfree while on a long awaited vacation. The shot lasted until September and had another shot October 26 with a warning from the Dr that if I couldn't get any better through therapy by Jan 6 2011 I would have to have the full surgery with my tendons and muscles sewn up to the top of my Rotator Cuff. I told him I don't want to go through the pain again, since I can't take pain medication due to my daily med I have to take for PTSD and can't take them both at the same time. So I did some research for the last 2 months and kept coming up with the MendMeShop Left Shoulder Inferno Wrap. At the end of the 2009 school year, (I'm a teacher) I developed plantar fasciitis in my right foot. I remember literally being in agony the last day of school and calling my orthopedic surgeon for an emergency appointment. He saw me, prescribed ice, supportive shoes, and offered to give me a shot of corticosteroid. He informed me that the shot might help but it also might make it worse! Needless to say, with that comment, I passed on the shot. I was really having a hard time with the pain. I began to search on the internet to find out all I could about plantar facsciitis and possible regimens to follow to aleviate my problem.. One site led to another and I finally found MendMeShop. I injured by rotator cuff initially in an ice hockey game. It was re-injured during a lacrosse game two weeks later. The pain was constant. I had trouble sleeping and most mornings would wake up with shoulder pain. I tried just ice/heat treatments, rest, and a shoulder brace but it did not seem to be getting better or at least not quickly. My Mom checked on different treatments with the athletic trainer at her school and on the internet. Ultra-sound had been mentioned and she found the MendMeShop site. I have had bursitis in the heel of my left foot for well over a year. I have had multiple cortisone shots, but nothing truly eliminated the pain. I purchased the Ultrasound Pain Therapy system as a last resort. My husband and I had planned a 10 day hiking trip and I was quite concerned it would be a disaster. Due to a busy schedule I was not able to use the product as frequently as was suggested but I did try to use it twice a day, but minimally once a day. I would wrap my heel in an ice pack for 15 minutes and then due the ultra for 10 - 15 minutes. After a month my level of pain was at most a two. I went on the hiking trip (bought really good hiking boots ) and I brought the ultrasound with me. I used it every night. Well we hiked close to 50 miles that trip and I was no worse for the wear. I had suffered from an acute form of achilles tendonitis for around 8 months. The pain caused me a lot of grief over that time. I am a Registered Nurse who works straight night shifts and I have had chronic neck, bilateral shoulder and arm pain intermittently for 3 years. I have seen a chiropractor, a neurologist, and physical therapist. I have tingling and numbness in my arms and hands, especially when I push on the pressure points near my elbows. Over the past eight months I have been suffering from shoulder and arm pain. I just kept thinking that the pain would go away on its own. When I reached the point where I was unable to raise my arm over my head without assistance and forget about putting my arm behind my back. I decided that a trip to the doctor was due. She ruled out that I had an injury to the Rotator Cuff itself and determined that I had a soft tissue injury. Due to repetitive movement and heavy lifting. She suggested that I try physical therapy. With my work schedule and family obligations I knew that was going to be very difficult and I wanted something that I could fit into my schedule. I didn't need it too much over the summer but used it on my other problems...arthritis in my knees and feet... also, spurs and plantar fasciitis in my flat feet. I kept meaning to contact you but it has been a trying year with my mother, mother in law and 15 year old dog passing...and me not addressing my pain. Now with winter in full force again, I am in constant pain...my feet /ankle being the biggest problem. When my shoulder pain crops up, I immediately use ultrasound and it seems to prevent worsening. I purchased an ultrasound unit 5 months ago for a sacral injury sustained in a fall in Jan 2010. After costly MRIs, injections, and oral steroids, I would only get temporary relief. The only thing that seemed to help was ultrasound at physical therapy 1-2 times a week. It was hard to keep PT appts with my busy work schedule. I purchased your ultrasound device and gel several months ago. I have used it as prescribed regularly with outstanding results. Several years ago, while playing football as a quarterback, I received a Meniscus injury to my left knee. I have had physical therapy steroids, other drugs and natural medicine which helped for a time but the pain kept returning. I received a brochure through the internet. Purchased the device and used it regularly. During a x-ray review of my knee, I learned that the meniscus increased in thickness. Six months ago I was experiencing a bone on bone situation. PF is a very painful condition that made it impossible for me to run, jump, walk my dogs, or keep up with my family on outings of any length. Mornings were especially tough-going, as I would sit and do stretching excercises that would provide me little relief, just so I could get from the bed to the coffee. I have experience with treating PF in my left foot about 5 years ago. Although it seems time-consuming, I only have to think of all the wasted time and missed fun of spending time in a chair while friends and family are up enjoying activities I could not possibly participate in. I am quite optimistic that continuing this therapy plan on my own will lead to a painless, comfortable foot. I look forward to my vacation feeling quite certain that I will be in good enough shape to enjoy it. I can bring the US therapy, and heat and cold wraps along; they are so easily portable. I know that this condition may take about a year to fully resolve in my left foot, so having products that are easy to transport are a must for me. Just a quick note to say thanks for your products......even though it was I who purchased them, lol. I have been dealing with a small meniscus tear (left knee) for almost a year and a half and didn't want the surgery and the down time, crutches and also that I have stairs in my home and at my gym. I believe I have been useing your products for 3-4 weeks now and am really pleased with the results thus far. With the exception of the temporary relief I had from cortizone shots at the VA Hospital my ultra sound is giving me relief that I haven't 'til now experienced. I am still taking stairs one at a time to reduce any impact on the knee and only do low impact cycling at the gym.

I just needed to thank the person that invented "The Ultrasound machine"! I have never felt better. I have years of lifting heavy buckets of water from working in the floral industry. My elbows and joints have been strained beyond comfort. I have also picked up a new interest as I'm making 2 1/2" x 6" foot pieces of art. I played basketball in college back in Connecticut and now am 43 and trying to get back in to shape and back on the basketball court for about 2 years now and couldn't b/c of the adhesions. All is slowly getting better. I've been using the ultrasound device for about 3 weeks now and was able to play my first basketball game with out my calf muscle adhesions acting up.
